At BernedoodlePup Paradise, we are committed to ensuring the health and happiness of our puppies and the satisfaction of our clients. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your new puppy, we are here to help. Please review our refunds policy below for details.

Refund Eligibility

  • Health Guarantee: We offer a health guarantee for our puppies. If a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a serious health issue within 14 days of adoption, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Return Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the puppy must be returned in good health, along with all paperwork, including vaccination records, within 14 days of adoption.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not offer refunds for minor, treatable conditions or for issues that arise after the initial 14-day period.
  • We do not refund for changes in personal circumstances or if you decide you can no longer care for the puppy outside the stated conditions.

 

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Refund Request: Contact our customer support team at [Customer Support Email] to initiate a refund request. Please include your adoption date, reason for the refund, and a veterinarian’s statement if applicable.
  2. Return the Puppy: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the puppy. The puppy must be returned to us in good health.
  3. Veterinarian Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned puppy, our veterinarian will inspect the puppy to confirm it meets our eligibility criteria for a refund.
  4. Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@adoptabernedoodle.com.

Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for another puppy if a serious health issue is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within 14 days of adoption. If you wish to exchange your puppy, contact us at info@adoptabernedoodle.com and follow the return instructions.

Additional Costs

  • Any costs related to the return of the puppy, including transportation and veterinarian fees, are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
